If RoutineClock is unable to deliver the product (s) paid on its website (routineclock.ca), a message will be sent by email or by phone to the buyer. You will then have the choice to:

b) Cancel your order. In this case, any amount charged, with respect to the product (s), including sales taxes, delivery charges (if applicable) will be credited as soon as possible.
Pricing Policy
The costs listed on routineclock.ca are set for sale to individuals. To get the wholesale price (for retailers), you must contact us by email.

Reception of goods
Please note that RoutineClock cannot be held responsible for any delays or damage once the package is in Canada Post’s care. The customer will pay particular attention to check the condition of the delivered goods, the packing slip or receipt. The customer will have a period of 48 hours to make a claim with the carrier in case of damaged or missing goods.
The terms of sale described above constitute a contract between the client and RoutineClock. These conditions can be modified at any time by RoutineClock.
Returns and exchanges
At RoutineClock, we are committed to providing the highest standards of quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any unused product in its original packaging up to 30 days from the date of purchase. In Canada, your exchanged item will be delivered free of charge. However initial shipping fees as well as return shipping is non-refundable.
How do I return or exchange an item? First contact us by using the contact form on our website. All items must be returned to our head office at your cost.
If a product is defective, we will include a prepaid return label with your exchange so that you may return it to us at no cost to you.
Please be advised that damaged items due to accidents, neglect or failure to respect RoutineClock’s use instructions cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will not receive, and will not accept any banking information, personal information.
